George S. Khoury

George is a California-licensed attorney, AI evaluation and implementation consultant, and legal technology leader who pushes for change and continuous improvement across processes and teams. He currently offers services as a consultant, fractional advisor, or outside general counsel for startups and small businesses. Individual representation in other matters may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Most recently, George spent half a decade at Rocket Lawyer. At Rocket Lawyer, he led strategy and operations as the lead attorney for the company's Q&A platform, advising and executing on fulfillment, product development, QA, marketing, and more. In prior roles, he built and managed a fully remote organization of 35+, developed onboarding and training processes, owned a six-figure annual budget, assisted with the management of a seven-figure marketing budget, and consistently exceeded conversion rate targets and surpassed revenue goals.

At Thomson Reuters-FindLaw, George served as a Senior Writer and Editorial Strategist, driving needed updates to editorial strategy, growing readership, and improving newsletter engagement, all across both consumer and B2B segments, through establishing key metrics, data reporting, analysis, and continuous iteration.

George's legal career ranges from providing executive coaching and in-house services to small businesses and tech companies, to handling civil rights, employment, small business and startup advice, whistleblower, personal injury, and ADA access matters. He has held attorney roles at law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, handling all aspects of litigation from pleadings and motions to court appearances and trial. He has been recognized three times by the San Francisco Bar Association for outstanding public service.

He holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University, an M.A. in Literature from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Literature from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
